Hey Ryan Poles, Recognize This? It’s Called an Offensive Line!

Tonight, I witnessed some incredible football in the Eagles vs. Falcons game. And no, I'm not typically the guy who comments on other teams on this blog, but their offensive line play was fantastic! It was like a clinic in how to dominate at the line of scrimmage. Both teams, Eagles and Falcons, ran the ball with authority, created bunch sets, converted 4th downs, and protected their quarterbacks—or made them scramble for their lives (which was fun to watch, too).

I sat there watching these two teams impose their will on each other and thought: Fuck, Bro, it's great to see organizations that know what the hell they're doing. They've figured it out—dominate in the trenches, and the rest of the game falls into place. What's frustrating? It's not too long ago when these were teams that used to be as shittier as us, if not worse, but clever drafting and a focus on the line of scrimmage turned things around fast.

Meanwhile, we're out here drafting 3rd round punt returners who can't even catch. Now we're talking about trading him? Who the hell wants him? Seriously. LOL. It's a joke.

So, Ryan Poles, are you taking notes? I doubt it. But this is how you build a big, strong, dominant team—in the trenches. The game starts at the line of scrimmage. The Eagles and Falcons didn't just get lucky; they spent draft capital on both sides of the ball, and it's paying off in real-time. Even that, they have scouts who know what they're doing.

Let's also shout out to our guy ex-Bear Darnell Mooney, who scored that killer touchdown. He was a stud tonight and had the good sense to get out of Chicago before this iceberg of a season sank him with it. He's thriving while we're left waiting for our front office to wake up. Now, we're watching teams that were in the same hole we're in turning their franchises around because their GMs get it. Draft smart, build the offensive and defensive lines, and let the rest fall into place.

We deserve better, don't we? Teams like the Eagles and Falcons aren't doing anything magical—they're just being smart. They're investing where it matters. And it's frustrating when you see what could be.

As of Today, the Chicago Bears are valued at approximately $6.4 billion.

We're waiting…
